If you are more than 15 minutes late I cannot guarantee I can do the full service or any service at all. In the case that you are more than 15 minutes late and we cannot do your service, you will unfortunately forfeit the deposit, and will have to pay the deposit again to book your next service.

Yes you can pay with a credit card. I also take cash, zelle and venmo

We would prefer the kids be left at home so that way you and the other guests can be at peace during their appointment time. However, we do understand that sometimes things come up if you do have to bring your kids, please make sure you bring enough quiet activities and plenty of snacks for them to be occupied during your service without bothering the other guests.

The best way to book an appointment is by either calling, texting or emailing the information provided on the contact us page.

Due to the limited amount of appointments available a deposit is required to hold your spot, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or decide to not show up to the appointment, it will be non-refundable. If you reschedule before the 24 hrs the deposit will be transferred over, however, if you reschedule after the 24 hr mark or no show your appointment, you will need to pay another $50 deposit to hold the appointment. The $50 deposit will be credited towards your total. The deposit will be paid through Venmo with your full name and the appointment date and time (you can send it privately so no one sees your information) Once that is done, your appointment will be confirmed. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being cancelled.

The salon has its own parking lot. If it is full there is plenty of street parking.
